From Galgotias University to Cambridge, A Young Founder’s Climate-Tech Journey

From an Idea to a ₹5 Crore Valuation

Pushkar Singh, a third-year B.Tech Electrical Engineering student, Class of 2028, is building CarbonSynq, an AI-powered carbon accounting and trading platform that helps businesses measure, manage and monetise their emissions while addressing challenges such as greenwashing and double selling of carbon credits.

The startup received ₹5 lakh through the Galgotias Innovation Fund and raised another ₹25 lakh from angel investors at a valuation of ₹5 crore. With a vision to grow CarbonSynq into a Series B company within the next five years, Pushkar’s journey shows how the right idea, innovation and institutional support can create meaningful impact.
